Pukka Party Planners Ltd. are Manchester based event planners and venue decorators with many years of experience.  Our staff are as passionate about your event as you, we are perfectionists and we love our work.  We work closely with our clients on budget, design and theme.

A party or wedding is a special occasion for you as a person or as a couple.   Close friends and family will enjoy your day regardless of how much you spend.  Our company works in the same way, regardless of budget, we will still help you provide an unforgettable experience.

Our clients budget generally starts from £50 to several thousand.  All of our customers are important to us.  You can choose how much or little contact you have with us.

Our Appointments

We recommend for you to have a look through our site and decoration ideas/ themes before you meet us.  Try to establish a realistic budget of expenditure and we will show you what can be achieved within your budget.  Our showroom is in Middleton.

Linen & Chair Cover Hire Add elegance, style and sophistication to any event with our beautifully soft table linen, table runners, chair covers, chair bows and napkins. Chair covers are available in white, black and ivory. Colour co-ordinate your table napkins and chair bows with our special colour match service to create a seamless, colour complementary setting for any event. Our fitting service will leave you with nothing to worry about on the day. A team of two people can fit over 100 chair covers in hour.
Balloon Decoration Make a statement at your party or event with our balloon decorations, our spiral balloon archways or balloon sculptures. Make a massive impact for corporate events or have a linking cloud nine behind the top table at your wedding. Our exploding balloons are also great for the first dance at weddings or promotions. Balloon clowns or 7ft balloon bears are great for birthday parties or christenings.  We are members of Nabas with advanced level training and QBN Members.
Chocolate Fountain Hire, Candy Buffets and more Treats Woo your guests with delicious Belgian chocolates, fresh fruit, sweets, profiteroles, fudge and more by hiring a chocolate fountain from Pukka Party Planners. Our bespoke chocolate fountains, elevated on an illuminated stand, can be fixed to a colour scheme of your choice: rotating colours or one static colour. The whole effect will add a touch of luxury to any event.  Used at the Leona Lewis after show party.
Table Centrepieces We create stunning table decorations for your wedding or corporate event. We offer candelabras, ostrich feather centres, fish bowl centres, fresh flowers and crystal trees. All of our table centrepieces can be accessorised with table mirrors tea lights that will give your event a romantic candlelit feel that adds a touch of glamour and creates a beautiful atmosphere for your guests to chat and enjoy their food.
